<li>Pull down the Project Admin menu and click on Members</li>
<li>Add the person's Sourceforge username in the box at the top of the page and click Add Member</li>
<li>Assign permissions</li>
<li>To change permissions, click on the person's name in the list and select the level of permissions you want to assign</li></ol><p class="paragraph">
