<li>Go through the steps.</li>
<li>At step 4, since thlib is not in the list, use the comment field</li></ol><p class="paragraph">Example: to request "dev-places.thlib.org", then I would put "dev-places" in step 3 and in step 4, in the comment, enter "thlib"
