Creating PDFs

Software
- Acrobat Professional (note: this seems not to work with .doc files unless you have Word installed; having OpenOffice doesn't seem to work.)
- OpenOffice: this works well, and converts hyperlinks in the .doc file into hyperlinks in the PDF
- PDF 995: works well except that it doesn't convert hyperlinks in the .doc file into hyperlinks in the PDF
