Located just below (south of) the sMad college kitchen, this apartment house belongs to g.yer pa regional house. It is a large and spacious two-story complex of monastic rooms built around a central courtyard. In 2002 the second floor rooms appeared inhabited, while the first floor rooms seemed to be vacant. All of the structures are two-stories tall, with the exception of the building at the northwest corner of the compound, which is three stories tall.
